Motion First (the “Company,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), takes the privacy of our members and users very seriously. To that end, we have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices, including any information gathered and disseminated on www.meridithelliotpowell.com (the “Web Site”).

Our website and/or services is not directed at children, and our services are designed for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from or about children under 13 years of age, and use of our services by children under 13 years of age is forbidden.
